Liz Porter has been managing properties in Colorado Springs for over 10 years. She personally takes care of all management agreements, tenant screening, and lease negotiations. Owning and managing several of her own rental units, she'll take care of your investment as if it were her own. Her approach to property management is to keep her portfolio small and specific to Colorado Springs proper so she is able to keep a close eye on each property. Additionally, she likes to have a personal and accessible relationship with the owners of each property. To her, you are more than just an address!
Magnolia is the name of the street that started Liz's career in property management, as it’s where her first rental was located. Naturally, it’s very meaningful to her. Beyond that, she resonated with the symbolism, as some of the primary meanings of magnolias revolve around endurance and perseverance. This relates to the flowers’ toughness and the trees’ longevity. Additionally, they symbolize and long-lasting connections, which is why they can be popular as wedding flowers.
Endurance, perseverance, and the ability to create long-lasting connections are three very important pillars in property management, and ones that Liz wants to be foundational in her business with both owners and tenants.
